ANNIE SOUVENIRS
THE THEME HAS BEEN DEFINED, THE DECORATION IS ALREADY IN PREPARATION AND THE MEMORIES HAVE ALREADY BEEN CHOSEN ...
THIS IS WHERE THE QUESTION ARISTS;

What is the correct amount of memories?

To help you, Annie Souvenirs has separated some important tips.
1. Make a guest list

Write your guest list, define if it will be per person, per family or just for the kids. Send your invitation and request confirmation of attendance in advance. Once you have the numbers in hand, add 10% to 15% more
It is always good to work with a reserve.
2. Who will distribute the souvenirs
Souvenirs can be used as decoration on the main table or they can also have a reserved place near the exit. They can be distributed by the party host or by a company receptionist responsible for organizing the event. or, they can be laid out on the guest table with their name on them, so that each guest will pick up yours when they leave.

3. How to distribute souvenirs
  • MARIAGE - we suggest one souvenir per couple for small events. When events have more than 100 people, it is best to work with 60% to 70% of the number of guests. But this number can vary if there are more singles.
  • EDIBLE SOUVENIRS - Such as macaroni, cupcakes, or candy, so that all guests should receive them including children..
  • PERSONALIZED SOUVENIRS - A photo, for example, can be delivered one per family. Avoid creating different types, as guests may want to take one of each template and be missing for other guests.
  • CHILDREN'S PARTY - If the remembrance is made only by focusing on your child's friends, calculate the number based on the number of children.
